Rate limits
Traffic is metered per tenant. Over the limit you get a 429 with RateLimit headers; back off with jitter and retry with the same idempotency key.
Traffic is metered per tenant. Responses carry the current state of your budget. The values below are illustrative, not your limits.
RateLimit-Limit: 600
RateLimit-Remaining: 574
RateLimit-Reset: 41
A request over the limit returns 429. Back off exponentially with jitter and retry. A retried money movement must carry the same idempotency key as the original, so the retry can’t send twice.
Limits are enforced only where a rule has been switched from observe to enforce. A rule in observe mode records what it would have refused and refuses nothing, so design for 429s even if you haven’t seen one yet.
