Who we are

Bridgemoni is operated by Pedistack Solutions Inc and Pedistack Technology Limited, in partnership with our banking partner, First City Monument Bank Plc.

What we collect in the app

• Account details: your name, phone number, email, date of birth, and your BVN if you add it.
• Device details: your phone’s model and operating system, and the identifiers we need to link it for offline payments.
• Transactions: amounts, who you paid or were paid by, references and times, including offline taps when they settle.
• Support messages you send us.

Your budgets, categories and money health score are worked out on your phone from your own activity. Your language choice stays on your phone.

What we collect on this website

• Forms: what you type into the contact, business and “tell me when” forms, so we can reply.
• Analytics: counts of page views and clicks, without cookies and without identifying you.
• Help feedback: whether an article helped, with no personal data.

Why we use it

To open and run your account, make payments online and offline, verify your identity, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations, answer you, and improve Bridgemoni. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Our banking partner, identity verification providers, the companies that host our systems, and regulators when the law requires. Each is bound by confidentiality and data protection duties.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is open, then for as long as financial regulation requires. Transaction records are kept for five years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, subject to what the law requires us to keep. Write to info@pedistack.com.
