List endpoints are page-numbered with page and size. Pages are numbered from zero.

GET /beneficiary?page=2&size=50Pagination is by page number, not by cursor, so a list that is being written to while you page through it can shift under you. For a stable read of a large set, narrow it with a date range where the endpoint offers one.
