Approving an escrow gate sends its own event

Approving a gate now sends escrow.gate_passed with the gate reference, so you don’t need to diff the agreement to see what moved.
RateLimit headers on every response

Throttled calls already returned 429. Every response now carries RateLimit-Limit, RateLimit-Remaining and RateLimit-Reset, so you can see your budget before you hit it.

Offline settlement returns one result per item

POST /offline/settlement now returns a result for every tap in the batch, and posting the same batch again returns the same results. One failed tap no longer hides the others.
