Terms of use
Last updated 22 October 2026 · Owner: Legal
These terms cover your use of the Bridgemoni app and of bridgemoni.com.
Who we are
Bridgemoni is provided by Pedistack Solutions Inc in partnership with our banking partner, First City Monument Bank Plc, which holds your funds. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Pedistack.
Using Bridgemoni
You must be at least 18 and have a Nigerian phone number to open an account. You agree to give us true information about yourself and to keep it up to date.
Your account
Your account starts at the first level, verified by your phone number. Adding your BVN raises your limits and lets you send to any Nigerian bank. Limits are set by our banking partner and can change.
Your PIN and password
Keep your password, money PIN and device PIN secret. We will never ask for them. Anyone who knows them may be able to move your money, and you are responsible for payments made with them until you tell us they have been shared.
Payments and fees
Every fee and tax is shown before you confirm a payment. A payment you have approved with your PIN cannot usually be reversed by us.
Offline money
Money you move onto your phone is held by you, like cash. If the phone is lost, stolen, wiped, or the app is reinstalled before it settles, it may be lost, and neither we nor our banking partner cover it. Read the offline risk disclosure before you use offline payments.
When things go wrong
If you think a payment is wrong, contact us straight away at info@pedistack.com with the reference from the receipt.
Closing your account
You can close your account from the app. The request waits through a cooling-off period, and you can cancel it before it starts. We keep transaction records for as long as the law requires.
Changes to these terms
We will tell you in the app before changes that affect you take effect.
