Pricing
Talk to us for pricing.
Your rates depend on the rails you use and your volume. Tell us what you're building and we'll send you rates, confirmed in writing before you go live.

Questions about pricing
When am I charged?
Only when a payment succeeds. The fee is taken from that payment before it settles to you, so every receipt shows the amount, the fee and what you received.
Are there fees on failed payments?
No. A collection request that expires, is cancelled or is never paid costs nothing.
Who pays the fee on a split payment?
By default, you do, as the business taking the payment. Splits are declared when the collection request is created, and percentages are taken against the net after your own charges, so every recipient can see exactly what they will get.
When is my money settled?
Each rail carries its own settlement delay, set by how long a payer could take the money back on that rail. Your receipts and reconciliation reports show when each payment settles.
How do I get a price?
Talk to us and tell us your monthly volume, the rails your customers use, and whether you need offline, platforms or agent features. Your rates are confirmed in writing before you go live.
