GET Every state change, and whether a person or the system made it
GET /id/integrator/me/history
Each entry says whether it was derived. 'A reviewer suspended you' and 'your licence expired on the third and the system acted' are different facts, and only one of them is fixed by renewing a licence.

POST Suspend yourself, immediately
POST /id/integrator/me/self-suspend
An integrator that knows it has been breached should not wait on a support queue while its keys still work. This stops new requests at once. Standing consents survive, because suspension is recoverable and the people who granted them did nothing wrong.

GET Your standing, and the inputs that produced it
GET /id/integrator/me/standing
Not a score. The licence expiry, the settlement account's name match, the disqualified director and sanctioned UBO counts are returned alongside the standing, so an integrator that has been downgraded can see WHY and fix it. A bare standing is a decision nobody can appeal, and an integrator whose business has stopped working deserves the same quality of answer a person gets for a declined release.
