POST Record a director disqualification for an account holder

POST /accountholder/{type}/{value}/director/disqualification

A finding by a court or registrar that this person may not act as a director. Recorded as a fact with an authority, an order reference and a date - never inferred, and never derived from anything else. It hangs off the person, not the company, because it follows them to every board they sit on.

PUT Update a director disqualification

PUT /director/disqualification/{id}

There is no delete. A disqualification that has run its course is recorded by setting toDate, not by removing the row - somebody who was disqualified and no longer is is a different fact from somebody who never was.
