Attestation requests

POST Ask somebody to vouch for an account holder

POST /accountholder/{type}/{value}/attestation/request

Composes the exact statement the attestor will be asked to sign — not a blanket endorsement. The attestor may accept, decline, or correct the relationship duration. Declining is silent: the person who asked is told the request closed, never that it was refused.

PUT Answer an attestation request

PUT /accountholder/{type}/{value}/attestation/request/{id}

Accept, decline, or accept with a corrected relationship duration. An attestor below IAL2 is refused — somebody barely identified themselves cannot lend assurance to another. The attestor also chooses here whether they may be named on release.
