POST Raise a dispute
POST /credit-scoring/dispute
**The disputed fact stops counting immediately**, before anybody investigates. The alternative is weeks of a possibly-false fact depressing somebody's score while somebody else decides whether it is true.
The exclusion is synchronous; the new number is not. Re-scoring runs off the request path within minutes, and a read in between returns the previous score with pendingRecompute set - so a lender can see a correction is in flight rather than acting on a figure known to be wrong. After an hour without recomputation the score reads as unavailable instead.
Raising a dispute is never itself adverse.
