POST Resolve the account-holder name behind an external account
POST /account/external/enquiry
Forwards accountNumber/providerCode/countryCode to the mediation service, which owns provider routing entirely - this endpoint never knows or picks a provider. The resolved name is cached permanently, shared across every tenant (not tenant-scoped); a request already answered before is served from that cache with no mediation-service call at all.
