Close your account

You can close your Bridgemoni account from the app.

Before you start

• Your accounts must be empty. We never move your money for you. Withdraw everything first.
• Settle your phone. If this phone is holding money that hasn’t been settled, settle it first.

Steps

1. Open your profile and choose to delete your account.
2. Tell us why you’re leaving, if you like. It doesn’t change anything about your request.
3. Enter the passcode we send, then your money PIN.

You can change your mind

The request waits through a cooling-off period. Cancel it any time before it starts and nothing is lost.

What we keep

Your transaction records. The law requires us to hold them for five years, and no deletion request can remove them. Everything else about you goes.
