Answer a request from family

When a relative on Bridgemoni needs money, they can ask you in the app.

Steps

1. You’ll see Waiting on you on your family pot, with the request.
2. Tap Review and answer. You’ll see who is asking, how much, and why.
3. Agree with your money PIN, or decline.

If you agree, the money is sent from your family pot.

Good to know

• Only relatives on Bridgemoni can ask. You can still send to anyone at any Nigerian bank.
• If you decline, no money moves.
