Release or dispute a deal

When the seller says they’ve delivered, you’ll be asked to release the money.

Release

1. Open the deal and check what arrived.
2. Tap Release and enter your money PIN.

The money is on its way to the seller. For a deal in stages, release each stage as it’s done.

Something’s wrong

1. Open the deal and tap Something’s wrong.
2. Choose to ask Bridgemoni to look at it.

Bridgemoni will look at it. You can both still settle it between you. We’ll let you know when there’s news.

How disputes are decided

If you can’t agree, Bridgemoni decides: everything to the seller, or everything back to the buyer, never a split.
